Job summary

JD Healthcare Group, including London Women’s Clinic and London Egg Bank, is seeking a Website & Digital Optimisation Manager to own the day-to-day marketing management and optimisation of patient-facing sites.

You will work with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Lead and Content/CRM colleagues to translate marketing needs into clear website improvements, coordinating with Technology partners on delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing consumer-facing websites, ideally multi-site or multi-brand.
• Proven CRO, UX improvements, and using data to improve customer journeys.
• CMS proficiency and publishing workflows.
• Experience with web analytics to diagnose performance (GA4, GTM, Search Console).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day website management and optimisation across JD Healthcare sites.
• Monitor performance: traffic, engagement, journeys, enquiries, bookings.
• Lead CRO across patient and donor journeys including pages and forms.
• Maintain an optimisation roadmap prioritised by patient need and impact.
• Translate marketing requirements into briefs for Technology teams and external partners.
• Coordinate website releases from requirements to QA and review.
• Collaborate on SEO, analytics, tagging, attribution and performance.
• Plan and coordinate testing (A/B) and apply learnings to future optimisation.
• Own content governance, publishing standards and redirects.
• Support migrations, redesigns and new service launches with SEO/UX in mind.
