Qualifications

• Hands on creative production experience, ideally video, audio or post production.
• Experience managing and developing a team in creative production or digital operations.
• Interest in AI with practical use; governance experience is a bonus.
• Content security and vulnerability management experience.
• Experience in agencies, entertainment, music, gaming, broadcast or consumer brands.
• Strong communication to explain technical risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Asset Team managing design, AV and audio assets.
• Oversee asset workflows and policy across the agency.
• Drive AI adoption with creative and client teams.
• Develop AI governance including client usage limits.
• Ensure content security for creative and client assets and manage vulnerabilities.
• Provide light oversight of in-house tools and shape future DAM platform.
