Job Description
As a Digital Operations Assistant, you will, along with the Digital Operations Specialist, manage the photo studio process. Your responsibilities include arranging photography shoots and processing supplier imagery in the required format and quality for both own bought brands and concessions. You will also request and process supplier imagery from brands, identify which products need to be shot, and arrange for them to be sent to the photo studio.
As a Digital Operations Assistant, you will:
- Create/support concession data and collaborate with brands to resolve issues and update pricing.
- Manage and minimize products that are in stock but not on site (ISNOS).
- Ensure product enrichment is up to date and act as the point of contact for brands regarding online queries.
- Work with brands to ensure assets are sent before stock delivery, highlighting any inconsistencies to the Digital Operations Manager.
- Maintain the accuracy of the online range by removing outdated products and adding new ones, updating the range tracker accordingly.
- Handle queries from suppliers, B&M, the Photo Studio, Digital team, and Customer Services, escalating to the Digital Operations Manager when necessary.
- Manage stock status updates for NPS issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain relevant supplier information within team guidelines and ensure SLA targets are met.
- Conduct regular online site walks, highlighting priorities to the Digital Operations Manager promptly.
- Attend regular sales, trade, operations, and studio meetings to provide and receive updates on deliveries, uploads, and projects.
