Job summary

Grace Eyre in Brighton is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Active Lives services, with a focus on the Digital offer including music, media and performance.

You will manage services, line-manage staff, and work with the Head of Active Lives to deliver inclusive, high-quality programmes. Strong IT and digital skills, CRM Nourish experience, and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the running of Active Lives services with a focus on digital/creative aspects.
• Line-manage staff and contribute to service governance and quality.
• Utilise CRM Nourish and IT/Digital tools to engage people with learning disabilities and autism.
