Job Description

Are you a data-driven B2B marketing specialist with a solid understanding of performance marketing? Do you want to coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns in an international B2B setting?

If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Brand, Marketing and External Relations unit as our new Digital Marketing Specialist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join our department as part of our newly established Manchester based team. Working a few days in the office will be critical as the team grows, so the successful candidate must be comfortable commuting to or living in Manchester.

Your tasks include:

  • Supporting Campaign Managers and working with agencies to define and operationalise go-to-market strategies for our B2B sector and brand campaigns focused on channel performance optimization including paid search, paid social, and display ads.
  • Planning and coordinating digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies and colleagues across our Manchester, Copenhagen, and Chennai offices.
  • Conceptualising and planning automated email campaigns and nurture flows, working with our offshore marketing delivery team to launch, evaluate, and optimize.
  • Designing and validating LinkedIn targeting strategies for our segments and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Advising and supporting local marketing managers in tactical planning and setup of paid media campaigns such as SEM and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Collaborating with Campaign Managers and Analytics Specialists to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • Supporting CRM campaign management with a focus on lead data, tracking progression, and documenting ROMI.
About You

You will understand the elements and workstreams involved in building multi-channel marketing campaigns with digital client journeys in mind. As a hands-on B2B marketer, you plan and collaborate effectively to ensure that campaigns come together across organic and paid channels.

The ideal candidate is structured, experienced with industry-standard tools like Google Ads, web and marketing analytics tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot. Being detail-oriented and proactive is essential. You should be a good collaborator, engaging positively with colleagues across a global organization and external vendors.

  • Strong experience in a similar role, preferably within a global B2B company or agency.
  • Proven experience with digital B2B campaigns, performance marketing, SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid social.
  • Excellent project management skills in marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation strategies; familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting campaign performance.
