Are you a data driven B2B marketing specialist with a solid understanding of performance marketing? And do you want to coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns in an international B2B setting?

If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Brand, Marketing and External Relations unit as our new Digital Marketing Specialist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be joining our department as part of our newly established Manchester based team. Working a few days in the office will be critical as the team grows, so the successful candidate must be comfortable commuting to or living in Manchester.

Your tasks entail:

  • Support Campaign Managers and work with agencies to define and operationalise go-to-market strategies for our B2B sector and brand campaigns focused on the optimization of channel performance incl. paid search, paid social and display ads
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns collaborating with agencies and colleagues in our brand & design, web, marketing operations and content teams based in Manchester, Copenhagen and Chennai
  • Conceptualise and plan automated campaign e-mails and nurture flows with the user journey in mind. Work with our offshore marketing delivery team to launch, evaluate and optimize
  • Design and validate LinkedIn targeting strategies for our segments and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Advise and support local marketing managers in our business units with the tactical planning and setup of paid media campaigns such as SEM and LinkedIn advertising
  • Work with our Campaign Managers and the Analytics Specialist on evaluating and improving on campaign performance
  • Support CRM campaign management with an eye on lead data and tracking of progression with a focus on documenting ROMI

About you

You will know the elements and workstreams that go into building a multi-channel marketing campaign with the digital client journeys in mind, and as a hands-on B2B marketeer, you plan and collaborate well to ensure that these deliveries come together in a good mix of organic and paid channels for client-centered campaigns.

The ideal candidate is structured and has experience working with industry-standard tools and systems such as Google Ads, web and marketing analytics tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot.

Being detail oriented and proactive is important. You will be a good collaborator and positively engage with colleagues across a global organisation as well as external vendors.

  • Strong experience from a similar role - preferably from a global B2B company or agency.
  • Proven experience with digital B2B campaigns and performance marketing and we expect you to have a firm grip on SEM, are well versed in LinkedIn campaign manager and can utilize paid social to reach desired audiences
  • Excellent marketing project management skills
  • Experience with e-mail marketing & marketing automation strategies. We work in HubSpot, if you do too it is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance
