About The Role

We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in campaign execution, social media management, and digital content growth. This role will shape our brand’s digital presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others, ensuring alignment with dealer strategies. Experience with leading tech and automotive brands (BMW, Tesla, Apple, etc.) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and engagement. Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop results-driven campaigns. Implement innovative strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Social Media Growth & Content Strategy: Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more. Develop engaging content, leverage data for optimization, and collaborate with influencers and internal teams.
  • Dealer Digital Media Coordination: Work with regional dealers to align digital marketing activities, provide guidance on paid advertising, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Possess skills in photography, image editing, and video creation. Be proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. Create visually appealing assets maintaining brand consistency.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and use insights to refine strategies. Report on effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with global and regional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Partner with creative, PR, and product teams for integrated initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution, preferably in automotive, tech, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience managing brand accounts on key platforms.
  • Expertise in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail partners.
  • Proficiency in photography, video production, and editing tools.
  • Background in automotive (BMW, Tesla, etc.) or tech companies (Apple, etc.) is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, and digital trends is advantageous.
