Recruitment Consultant - Marketing & Digital

Location: Leeds City Centre

Position: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in marketing roles, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, building your own desk within our successful team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of marketing professionals (digital, content, brand, etc.)
• Source high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Build relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture
• Create and post compelling job ads
• Screen and interview candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to placement and aftercare
• Meet and exceed revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM
• Attend networking events and industry meetups

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven sales or recruitment experience (marketing experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
