Bite Talent is recruiting for a Digital & CRM Executive on behalf of a well known hospitality brand in London. This role offers broad digital exposure beyond CRM, including digital menus, kiosks, online ordering and reporting. The candidate will gain experience across multiple platforms while supporting campaigns and reporting.

Ideal for someone early in their digital career who is organised, proactive and eager to learn, with responsibility and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, digital operations, ecommerce, hospitality tech or similar.
• You do not need to be a CRM expert.
• Organised, positive, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support an email campaign in the morning.
• Check digital menus later in the day.
• Set up promotions and campaigns.
• Update an Excel tracker.
• Collaborate with an agency to launch campaigns.
