E-COMMERCE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (ONLINE FASHION BRAND)
Location: East London
Working: 4 days head office based
Salary: Up to £55K
Our client, a successful online fashion brand, is looking to recruit an experienced Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in East London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing within the online fashion sector, especially with Meta platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for prospecting and retargeting, focusing on ROAS
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, flows, and segmentation
- Build and maintain audience lists across channels
- Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google), optimizing and testing content
- Enhance user experience and strategize loyalty and retention digitally
- Utilize analytics tools to report on metrics and inform optimizations
- Support SEO strategy development and implementation
- Improve community engagement across digital touchpoints and explore new channels
- Collaborate with marketing team on digital plan development
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovate strategies
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in digital marketing with proven success in SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC, and paid media
- Experience with Meta platforms and SEO
- Strong Google Analytics skills
- Experience with email marketing tools, especially Klaviyo (bonus)
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in London and eligible to work in the UK
Beneficial Skills:
- Degree or qualification in e-Commerce or digital marketing
- Coding/HTML knowledge
- Experience with international e-commerce sites
