POSITION OVERVIEW

As Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Paid Media, you will be the driving force behind our paid media strategy. You will take full ownership of campaign performance across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok – ensuring every paid activation reflects our brand, delivers growth, and drives strong returns.

You will directly manage campaigns while also leading the relationship with our Digital Marketing Agency. From ad creative briefing to ROI analysis, you’ll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. This role requires a mix of creative acumen, performance marketing rigour, and collaborative leadership.

This is a high-impact position within our growing marketing function, playing a key role in scaling DTC growth and elevating our performance marketing maturity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch and manage high-converting campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Own daily performance tracking – ensuring efficient budget pacing and channel performance optimisation.

• Continuously test and refine creative, copy, formats, and audience strategies to maximise ROAS and LTV.

• Brief content producers and creators on thumb-stopping ads tailored to platform and persona.

Agency Management

• Act as Fushi’s lead in managing our paid media agency – ensuring alignment with our strategy and vision.

• Evaluate and provide structured feedback to the agency team, holding them accountable to performance KPIs.

• Attend weekly syncs to review reporting, forecast pacing, and agree next steps across channels.

• Develop high-performing creative briefs for video, static, carousel, and UGC assets.

• Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction.

• Partner closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure alignment with brand storytelling and paid best practices.

Performance Analytics & Budget Forecasting

• Monitor key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, MER) across all paid channels.

• Use platforms such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to analyse campaign effectiveness.

• Build forecasts and pacing reports to guide media investment and ROI models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the eCommerce, content, product and CRM teams to integrate campaigns with broader launches.

• Support seasonal, promotional, and evergreen campaign rollouts across performance channels.

• Ensure consistency in tone, look, and message across all touchpoints.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a paid media or performance marketing role – ideally within a DTC, wellness or beauty brand.

• Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads and Pinterest Ads.

• Strong campaign management and optimisation skills – proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.

• Excellent ability to collaborate with creatives and guide high-ROI content development.

• Experience managing agencies and holding external partners to KPIs.

• Highly analytical, confident using GA4, spreadsheets, and channel dashboards.

• Curious, driven and commercially minded – with a strong eye for performance and innovation.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in this role means owning paid media performance with confidence, delivering measurable improvements in CPA, ROAS and LTV across all platforms. You will be trusted to lead agency relationships, inspire compelling creative, and bring performance insight into every campaign conversation. Your contributions will accelerate DTC growth and help build Fushi’s global digital presence.

• ROAS and CPA by Channel – Profitability and efficiency of each performance channel.

• LTV and CAC Trends – Return on spend over customer lifecycle.

• Creative Win Rate – Number of ad variants achieving or surpassing benchmarks.

• Budget Pacing Accuracy – Weekly and monthly spend management.

• Agency Feedback & Delivery – Meeting SLAs, creative turnaround and strategic support.
