Propel is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing B2C fintech scaleup that is transforming how people manage their finances globally. This mobile-first platform has quickly established itself as a leader in the fintech space, experiencing rapid growth and significant investment.

You will be taking the lead on:

• Digital Campaigns: Execute performance-driven campaigns for customer acquisition and business growth with internal and external partners.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, digital PR, and other channels.
• Manage Paid Media: Own and optimize paid media campaigns (social, PPC, etc.) for maximum results.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track performance and optimize campaigns.
• Conversion Optimisation: Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Agency Collaboration: Manage external agencies to ensure top ROI from marketing efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Align marketing initiatives with CRM, data, and web teams to drive business goals.

They are looking for someone who has:

• 4+ Years Digital Marketing Experience: Proven expertise in performance-driven digital marketing, ideally in B2C or fintech.
• Paid Media, SEO, PPC, & Digital PR: Deep knowledge of advertising platforms, SEO, and PR strategies.
• Track Record of Success: Experienced in managing digital campaigns with a focus on ROI and conversion rate improvements.
• Data-Driven: Skilled in analysing data using tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Looker, and Tableau.
• Self-Starter: Proactive with the ability to identify opportunities, make decisions, and drive growth.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision-driven with a sharp eye for detail in fast-paced environments.

**Location & Flexibility: This role is based in Central London, with the expectation of working in the office 4 days a week. **
