We’re looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience who is comfortable wearing multiple hats across design, content, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

The right candidate will have a blend of creativity, technical marketing skills, and strategic thinking. As part of the Commercial team, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, creating digital assets, and documenting processes while helping to shape and scale our B2B marketing function. In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary of £38,000 p.a. pro rata with these benefits:

Location: Remote

Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm – 3-month temporary contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, webinars, and digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Design, write, and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including automated lead nurture workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Create visually compelling marketing assets (Canva) including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and infographics.
  • Develop and edit short-form videos (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Manage inbound leads within the CRM (HubSpot) and nurture automation workflows.
  • Curate and document marketing workflows, processes, and best practices to build a structured knowledge base.
  • Support website team with content and design updates, creating campaign-specific landing pages, and optimising website to align with brand messaging.

  • 2-5 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in B2B environment).
  • Graphic design skills using Canva (or similar design tools).
  • Email marketing experience, ideally using HubSpot or a similar platform.
  • Video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut for short-form social content.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology & automation (HubSpot preferred).
  • Website design and management experience, e.g., WordPress.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset – you take initiative, experiment, and learn.
  • System-focused and detail-oriented – you work efficiently and find opportunities for incremental improvements over time.

Additional skills include experience with SEO, paid ad management, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting.
