The Role

We’re building a digitally driven brand experience that’s smart, scalable, and always evolving. You’ll lead and shape our digital strategy - working across channels, platforms, and teams to deliver seamless digital journeys for our customers. Whether it’s refining our user experience, optimising performance, or planning for what’s next, you’ll be at the heart of it.

You'll have the chance to:

  • Own and optimise our digital ecosystem - from website and content to performance and analytics
  • Lead digital plans, projects and campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Identify opportunities, spot gaps, and propose solutions to enhance the user journey
  • Translate long-term brand goals into smart digital plans, while ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and technologies, bringing a sense of curiosity and innovation into everything you do
  • Manage our Digital Marketing Executive, supporting their growth and contribution to the digital plans

About you:

  • Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing or a related subject / Minimum 3 years.
  • Proven experience managing digital platforms, projects, and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset - you love fixing, refining, and evolving.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • A data-informed approach to performance, UX, and content decisions.
  • Curiosity for all things digital - tech, tools, trends, user behaviour.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
