Purpose of Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the creation and delivery of compelling content across our digital platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and videos. This role combines creativity with strategic execution to maintain our brand voice while achieving key objectives such as account engagement, lead generation, and customer advocacy.

You will be responsible for developing our digital strategy, optimizing campaigns, increasing engagement, and enhancing the online experience. Your tasks will include account-based marketing, email automation, SEO, and website optimization to ensure impactful digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing channels: Oversee SEO, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) to enhance our brand, engagement, and online presence.
• Own and evolve our website strategy: Create an intuitive, informative digital experience aligned with brand and business goals, collaborating with internal teams.
• Implement targeted, personalized marketing campaigns: Design and execute scalable campaigns to nurture leads, support sales, and deliver measurable results.
• Data analysis and reporting: Use insights to optimize campaign performance and digital initiatives continuously.

Qualifications:

• A digital champion: Capable of presenting complex digital strategies clearly to senior stakeholders and translating them into actionable plans.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and campaign execution: Skilled in creating buzz, impactful launches, and results across media channels.
• Experience working remotely: Confident in managing priorities, collaborating across time zones, and delivering results in a virtual environment.
