The Role:

Step into a dynamic position where your expertise in digital marketing will help shape KSOL’s online presence. You’ll be responsible for creating impactful campaigns, leveraging AI to optimise content, personalise interactions, and drive engagement.Your work will directly influence how parents and students connect with KSOL, from trend-driven social media strategies to performance-based digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within the marketing team you will be involved with the following elements of KSOL's marketing output.

  • Content Creation & Marketing: Develop captivating content that showcases KSOL's unique 11+ programmes, inspiring parents and students to embark on their educational journey with us.
  • Social Media Management: Ignite our social media channels with engaging posts and interactive discussions, fostering a vibrant community of learners and their families.
  • SEO & SEM: Elevate KSOL's online presence by implementing great content using cutting-edge SEO strategies
  • Email Marketing & CRM: Craft personalised email campaigns that resonate with parents and students alike.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Dive into data to uncover insights, optimising your marketing efforts for growth
  • Paid Click Adverts: Design compelling ad campaigns that capture attention and highlight the transformative power of KSOL's educational programmes.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to amplify our message, reaching new audiences and building trusted partnerships.
  • Customer Engagement & Brand Awareness: Connect authentically with our community, enhancing KSOL's reputation as a leader in 11+ education and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Cross-platform marketing (Websites, Email, Social Media, Events)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with flawless command of persuasive English.
  • Proven ability to manage customer interactions professionally, gathering and utilising feedback to drive marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles along with creative content.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
