Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and boost brand awareness.
• Craft compelling content tailored to a variety of industries, focusing on value-driven messaging.
• Manage brand messaging and visuals across email marketing, social media, and the company website.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to enhance future strategies.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore innovative ways to elevate engagement.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager with analysing results from campaigns.

• Digital marketing experience with a strong creative and campaign-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• ROI mindset.

Bonus Skills (Ideal but Not Essential)

• HubSpot experience highly desirable
• Proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Console
• Competency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Stock)
