Job summary

Horizon Search & Selection Ltd in Walsham Le Willows is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing professional to support the Managing Director across the full marketing mix, taking ownership of all marketing output and analysis to drive business growth.

You will create content, run social media channels, design email campaigns, evaluate results with analytics, and liaise with external partners to amplify brand reach.

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• A working knowledge of WordPress.
• Google analytics and reporting.
• Previous experience of managing Social Media.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp scheduling and templates.
• DOT Digital.
• Previous experience of SEO analytics.
• Autonomous role and able to manage workload and priorities.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and organised Digital Marketing to join our friendly client based in Walsham Le Willows, not far from Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Stowmarket. This is a full- time role offered on a permanent basis and offers an exciting opportunity to join this company at a busy time

The Company

The company are well established with over 25 years experience in providing property maintenance utility to the lettings industry all over the UK. These include gas and electrical safety inspections, Legionella testing, CO and smoke alarm repairs and installations. Head office is based in rural Suffolk about 20 Minutes from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket.

Over the past few years, the company have enjoyed rapid expansion, to enable them to provide the quality of service which has become synonymous with their brand.

The Job

The primary function of this role will include supporting the Managing Director with a wide range of campaigns across the full marketing mix. To strengthen the brand across both existing markets and new, supporting the business growth plans. This is an exciting role where you will take ownerships of all marketing output and analysis for the business.

• Creating Content and run social media channels
• Producing organic content for the company website
• Design email content and run mail chimp campaigns
• Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software
• Liaising with external web marketing company
• Assist with the growth of B2C sales
• Design and create corporate literature and promotional material, both print and online
• Assist with the running and management of new products/ services launches
• Communicate with and develop target audience
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Assist our key accounts with the internal marketing to create buy-in
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Managing Director

The Requirements

To be considered for this role, we are seeking the following skills and attributes..

• Experience with Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• A working knowledge of Wordpress
• Google analytics and reporting
• Previous experience of managing Social Media
• Familiarity with Mail Chimp scheduling and templates
• DOT Digital
• Previous experience of SEO analytics
• This role will suit someone who is happy in an autonomous role and able to manage their own workload and priorities

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (1 unpaid hour for lunch). Holiday is 28 days (including BH) Rising to 30 after your first year. Healthcare is also available.

Please be aware that the company are based in a rural location with no regular public transport nearby. As such you must have a car and be able to drive to be considered.
