We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of our digital campaigns and help grow Lucy & Yak’s online presence.Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as the Ecommerce, CRM, CRO, and Brand teams, you’ll play a key role in driving high-quality traffic, supporting campaign delivery, and maintaining our brand voice across all digital channels.

Responsibilities —- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, and affiliate channels.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to ensure traffic is directed to the most relevant and effective product and category pages.
- Work with the CRM team to align acquisition campaigns with lifecycle and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with the CRO team to optimise landing pages and improve user journeys based on performance data.
- Support the implementation of SEO best practices across web and content to drive organic growth.
- Maintain your section of the marketing calendar, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment across teams.
- Track and monitor campaign performance metrics including traffic, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, sharing key insights and learnings with the wider team.
- Ensure all campaign content, copy, and assets are fully aligned with Lucy & Yak’s tone of voice, values, and visual identity.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and new thinking to the team.
KPIs will include Traffic, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition & Return on Ad Spend.
What You’ll Bring —- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or similar role, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- A good understanding of key digital marketing channels, from paid social and search to SEO and email.
- A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and a love of reporting and performance analysis.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- An interest in sustainable fashion, community, and creativity.
