Digital Marketing Executive – Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

Location: KIMS Hospital (with occasional travel to outreach clinics)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week)

Are you ready to use your digital marketing skills to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join the dynamic Marketing team at KIMS Hospital and LycaHealth.

This is more than just a job – it’s your opportunity to drive meaningful campaigns that help patients find the expert care they need. You’ll work across two leading independent healthcare brands, creating impactful digital marketing that builds brand awareness and generates private healthcare income.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing to plan and deliver powerful digital strategies.
• Drive online campaigns using SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and more), and web optimisation to boost visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Lead on email marketing, social media and content creation to educate, engage and inspire.
• Manage the LycaHealth website – creating pages, uploading content, and crafting campaign landing pages.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and social insights – and use the data to drive results.
• Support in building digital content alongside clinicians and consultants – including videos, blogs, and patient-focused stories.
• Work with external agencies, developers and suppliers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Monitor online feedback and respond with professionalism and empathy.
  
  

What You Bring

• Significant experience in a digital marketing role.
• Experience managing CMS platforms and running successful digital campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO, social platforms, paid advertising and Google Analytics.
• Excellent writing and communication skills – confident creating content for a range of audiences.
• A proactive, positive attitude and passion for performance-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of HTML/coding and design is a plus.
• Previous healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential.
