Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive, Europe, remote, GBR

Job Description:

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing impactful marketing initiatives across the European region. The role includes creating, launching, and monitoring campaigns in partnership with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and marketing team members to support lead generation and business growth. The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Europe.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  2. Identify target audiences, needs, and challenges; adjust marketing assets and activities accordingly.
  3. Create content to support online programs, webinars, and digital campaigns aligned with the buyer’s journey.
  4. Collaborate with external agencies such as digital, media, and creative agencies.
  5. Work with the US marketing team to leverage global assets and share best practices for European markets.
  6. Write compelling copy and calls to action tailored to the target audience.
  7. Coordinate with field sales to plan and execute European marketing activities.
  8. Support digital lead generation activities and marketing programs.
  9. Partner with the corporate sales team to align marketing efforts.
  10. Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and derive insights.
  11. Be KPI-driven and use data insights to optimize campaigns.
  12. Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. Understanding of core B2B digital marketing channels.
  2. Experience with SEM, paid advertising, CRM, analytics tools such as SEMrush, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  3. Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  6. Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to data-driven decision making.
  7. Proactive, dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  8. Excellent interpersonal, team communication, and coordination skills.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
  3. Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Salesforce and deriving actionable insights.
