Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive, Europe, remote, GBR
Job Description:
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing impactful marketing initiatives across the European region. The role includes creating, launching, and monitoring campaigns in partnership with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and marketing team members to support lead generation and business growth. The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Europe.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for inbound and outbound multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Identify target audiences, needs, and challenges; adjust marketing assets and activities accordingly.
- Create content to support online programs, webinars, and digital campaigns aligned with the buyer’s journey.
- Collaborate with external agencies such as digital, media, and creative agencies.
- Work with the US marketing team to leverage global assets and share best practices for European markets.
- Write compelling copy and calls to action tailored to the target audience.
- Coordinate with field sales to plan and execute European marketing activities.
- Support digital lead generation activities and marketing programs.
- Partner with the corporate sales team to align marketing efforts.
- Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and derive insights.
- Be KPI-driven and use data insights to optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Understanding of core B2B digital marketing channels.
- Experience with SEM, paid advertising, CRM, analytics tools such as SEMrush, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Pardot, or Eloqua.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to data-driven decision making.
- Proactive, dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Excellent interpersonal, team communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Salesforce and deriving actionable insights.
