What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering digital marketing campaigns that drive meaningful results. Your responsibilities will include:
• Website Content Management – Create, update and manage product and promotional content across our ecommerce sites.
• Marketplace Management – Maintain accurate and compelling listings on Amazon and eBay, ensuring up-to-date information and pricing.
• Social Media Management – Help develop and implement a strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Email Marketing – Plan, write, and dispatch engaging email campaigns to our customers and trade clients.
• Copywriting & Content – Produce clear, persuasive content for product listings, blogs, and web articles.
• Proofreading – Review and approve content from other team members and external partners to ensure high standards are met.
• Visual Asset Creation – Design skills are a plus; if you’re confident with tools like Canva or Photoshop, you can help create assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Team Support – Collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to team-wide projects and campaigns.
