Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive in Blackburn with a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on CRM & Email marketing and SEO & Website management, giving you ownership across two core disciplines.

Full training and support will be provided to help you grow to independently manage campaigns, analysis, and reporting across both channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM/email marketing or SEO/website management.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with ambition to become fully self-sufficient across both disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise CRM and email marketing campaigns from segmentation and automation through to performance reporting.
• Own the SEO strategy and website performance, driving organic visibility and improving on-site user experience.
• Plan and execute email lifecycle campaigns to support customer retention and engagement.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO audits to improve search rankings.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to align CRM and SEO activity with broader campaign goals.
• Monitor and report on performance across both channels, using data to shape ongoing strategy.

Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Blackburn (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing business, splitting focus across two core areas: CRM & Email and SEO & Website.

This is an exec/senior exec level role suited to someone with a solid grounding in digital marketing who's ready to take real ownership across two disciplines. Full training and support will be provided to get you up to speed, with the expectation that you'll build towards working independently across both areas.

The role:

• Manage and optimise CRM and email marketing campaigns, from segmentation and automation through to performance reporting
