Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator in Worcestershire to own and grow the company’s digital presence. You’ll manage the website, work on SEO, AEO-like initiatives, and email campaigns, while supporting broader marketing and brand activities.

You will create content, manage WordPress pages, monitor analytics, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver monthly performance reports. A proactive, independent mindset within a small team is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or a broader marketing role.
• Hands-on experience managing and updating websites using WordPress or another CMS.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the company website content, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
• Create and update WordPress pages, news articles and landing pages.
• Manage ongoing SEO activity and identify opportunities to improve organic search performance.
