Job summary

Pure Eurostaffs in Cardiff is seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator to execute our marketing strategies, raise brand awareness and generate more sales enquiries. You will own social media and email channels, work with agencies, and help with content and website management.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll run campaigns across channels, nurture leads, analyse results, and collaborate with managers to pull in expertise for events and press. This hybrid role is based in Cardiff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with digital marketing channels.
• Experience in financial services or professional services is desirable.
• Experience maintaining websites and web-based platforms.
• Self-starter with commercial awareness and initiative.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy implementation with Marketing Director and MD and reporting on effectiveness.
• Website management with development and SEO agencies.
• Email marketing and CRM, nurturing and reactivation campaigns.
• Managing social media and building partner connections.
• Public relations support and proactive storytelling.
• Content creation including blogs, case studies and news.
• Brand management across external and internal documents.
• Event management and coordinating online/physical events with partners.
• General administration for marketing queries and meetings.
