Job summary

Blue Raincoat Music is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Digital Marketing Manager in overseeing the roster’s digital presence across websites, wiki pages, and knowledge panels.

You will manage platform access, metadata optimisation, and asset updates while tracking growth across streaming and social channels. Collaboration with managers, labels, and external agencies is essential to ensure consistency and discoverability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a music, entertainment, or digital role.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfort with platform metadata, DSPs, and artist branding.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy of artist websites, wiki pages, and Google Knowledge Panels.
• Manage advertising platform access and account requests (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Coordinate platform updates (press shots, bios, banners, cover art).
• Optimise lyrics and metadata across DSPs to support discovery.
• Track digital growth across streaming, social, and search.
• Partner with the team to connect platform data with CRM and fan data activity.
• Quality-control digital assets and content from external agencies.
• Brief and manage relationships with external agencies to align with artist strategy.
