The Role:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will join our Marketing team to support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities include promoting the business, increasing brand visibility, and supporting growth in sales.

The role involves designing and executing digital campaigns, managing and developing our upcoming website, and demonstrating measurable results from marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing PPC campaigns across Google, including bid strategies and target acquisition rates.
  • Maintaining brand awareness and generating leads via social networks, with organic and paid content.
  • Developing SEO strategies using tools like Semrush to improve search engine visibility.
  • Managing the development of our new website, including content growth and collaboration with developers.
  • Using CRM to plan campaigns to re-engage previous leads.
  • Writing SEO-friendly copy for website pages, considering readability and SEO scores.
  • Creating visual content with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Tracking conversions, analyzing data, and reporting campaign performance to SMT monthly.
  • Engaging with customers on social media, email campaigns, and maintaining brand reputation.
  • Managing customer data using Excel and following GDPR guidelines.
  • Conducting competitive research to inform marketing strategies.

Objectives:

  • Develop and optimize website content to increase organic traffic and sales.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to re-engage leads and push them into the sales funnel.
  • Create engaging digital ads, including static and animated videos.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for digital presence improvement and ROI maximization.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing/Digital Media (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PPC campaign management.
  • Strong planning, communication, and strategic skills.
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
