Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of key categories, collections and bestselling products.
  • Coordinate digital promotions and align with trading calendar.
  • Create ads across Google, Meta and Display networks.
  • Coordinate PPC and paid social campaigns with trading calendar.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing and media efficiencies with internal teams.
  • Track KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and conversions; identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support affiliate programme management and relationships with publishers.

What is the role

The Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator is part of a fast paced team. Reporting into the Trading Manager you will have a varied and exciting role focusing on driving sales and improving the customer experience through the website and through the marketing channels. An enthusiasm for fashion and marketing is essential to this role

What you will do
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance of key categories, collections, and bestselling products.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Buying to understand product availability, intake, and commercial priorities.
  • Ensure top-performing and new-in product is accurately and prominently represented across all marketing channels.
  • Identify opportunities for digital promotional activity to maximise sales.
  • Creating relevant ads aligning with trading calendar across Google, Meta and Display networks.
  • Coordinate creative briefs, product selections, and messaging for paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns, aligning with trading calendar.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, pacing, and media efficiencies, working with internal teams and/or agencies to optimise spend.
  • Track channel performance and highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure ad content is aligned with brand priorities, stock availability, and customer insights.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the affiliate programme, building relationships with publishers, partners, and networks to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyse key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activity.
  • Coordinate affiliate campaigns, product feeds, and promotional communications to ensure activity aligns with brand priorities, trading moments, and stock availability.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Creative, and Buying & Merchandising teams to uphold an optimised, customer-first online experience.
