Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to own digital marketing, strengthen the brand and support growth. The role blends marketing, content creation, lead generation and customer engagement, working with senior management to attract new customers and re-engage existing clients.

This site-based role requires strong digital marketing skills, independent initiative and collaboration with the Commercial teams. Occasional UK travel may be required.

• Proactive and able to own a growing role in marketing and business development.
• Commercial mindset with interest in sales, lead generation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company website and LinkedIn presence.
• Create engaging digital content, promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Improve brand visibility and generate new business leads.
• Engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities and direct leads to relevant teams.
• Re-engage existing customers and support relationship development.
• Research markets and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Work with Business Development and Commercial teams to support growth.
• Represent the business at customer visits and UK trade shows.
