Job description

ABOUT THE JOB:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-orientedDigital Marketing Assistantto support our growing portfolio of marketing projects and client campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing marketing ideas to life across digital platforms.

You’ll play a central role in supporting brand campaigns, managing content schedules, coordinating with clients, and delivering high-impact digital assets. This is aproject and campaign focusedposition where initiative, creativity, and reliability are key.

WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, Project Manager, Web Developer, Designers, and other team members to support social media and marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of engaging content—copy, visuals, and video—that aligns with client goals.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to take briefs, manage orders, gather content, and ensure campaign requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints and platforms.
  • Help plan and support the delivery of broader digital campaigns, including email marketing and promotional launches.
  • Write, proofread, and refine content for blog posts, email newsletters, and social media.
  • Maintain and optimize website content; monitor performance and suggest improvements.
  • Support the execution of client events, showcases, or digital activations as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and propose innovative content and campaign ideas.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics across digital channels.
  • Help manage UGC (user-generated content) reposting, product tagging, and community engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage a shared content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of campaigns.
  • Upload blog posts, update website content, and support basic SEO efforts.
  • Design visual assets such as banners, pitch decks, media kits, and branded social content.
  • Contribute to branding and visual identity efforts across client projects and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand campaign needs, gather feedback, and adapt deliverables.
  • Add product tags, embed links, and ensure all content is properly formatted for publishing.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and maintain a professional brand voice across platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • UK work authorization is required.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or campaign-based content roles, ideally in a B2B, creative agency, or event-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • A sharp eye for visual storytelling, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine passion for social media and digital content.
