Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is partnering with a central Southampton financial organisation to recruit a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist. You will be the digital voice, delivering first-class support via live chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS and social media.

This permanent, full-time role offers £26,500 per annum and 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays). You will handle multi-channel queries with empathy, guide applicants through account options, and collaborate with the

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries across email, live chat, SMS, and social channels.
• Assist customers with initial applications and manage existing accounts.
• Provide compassionate, tailored support to vulnerable customers.
• Handle general inquiries, payments guidance, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with the digital customer service team to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
