The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Integrated Laboratory Medicine Directorate. You will help design, test, and implement Clinisys LIMS within Microbiology and Virology, shaping digital workflows to improve efficiency and patient care across the Trust.

You will contribute to a multi-disciplinary team, support training and governance, and participate in a 24-month fixed-term program to advance pathology services through digital

• LIMS experience and laboratory digital systems knowledge.
• Experience with digital transformation projects in a pathology setting.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process modelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, implement and integrate the Clinisys LIMS and related digital solutions.
• Develop safe, practical digital workflows that streamline processes.
• Support training, quality and compliance during implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate across NHS Trusts and external suppliers within a regional program.
