Responsibilities

• Operate digital library software using Heritage Cirqa for loans, membership, reservations, enquiries, overdues, invoicing, and new records.
• Coordinate resource procurement by checking reading lists, responding to purchasing requests, and creating online orders.
• Manage financial systems by raising purchasing orders, receiving items, and sending invoices via the Finance system.
• Process physical library inventory and stock processing following established procedures.
• Resolve user inquiries using printed resources, subject-specific electronic resources, e-books and the VLE.
• Lead student centre inductions and promote learning resource centres to curriculum areas.
