Job summary

Dorset Council UK is seeking a Digital Learning Lead to shape the future of technology-enabled education. You will work with curriculum teams, IT and QA to embed Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI across teaching, learning and assessment.

You will design CPD, lead digital standards, develop a network of Digital Champions and evaluate emerging technologies to improve outcomes and reduce workload. Join us to inspire staff, promote accessible digital learning, and report on the impact of initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching or CPD.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and virtual learning environments.
• Up-to-date understanding of EdTech, AI and digital learning practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to inspire confidence and drive adoption across diverse teams.

We're looking for a Digital Learning Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital learning across the college. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our approach to digital learning, helping staff and students make the most of technology, AI, Microsoft 365 and learning platforms to enhance teaching, learning and assessment. Working closely with curriculum teams, quality colleagues and IT & Digital, you'll ensure technology is used purposefully, consistently and effectively to improve outcomes for learners.

What You'll Do
