Job summary

Chroma Recruitment is assisting a large professional services firm in expanding its AI and digital capability. The role focuses on teaching AI literacy, responsible use, and effective prompting across departments, not on building technical AI systems.

You’ll run hands-on workshops, create guides, videos, and eLearning, and develop a network of champions to sustain adoption. The role involves coaching colleagues through technology change and delivering training across critical apps including

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering IT, digital or technology training in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI literacy, responsible AI practices and effective prompting techniques.
• Experience creating learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, engaging and practical manner.

Job description

A large professional services firm is growing its AI and digital capability and needs someone to help their people actually use it with confidence.

This is a training role, not a technical build role. You’ll teach AI literacy, responsible use and prompting, run hands‑on workshops on creating AI agents, and coach colleagues across different departments. You’ll also support wider IT training like Microsoft 365, create guides, videos and eLearning, and build a network of champions so the learning sticks.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, engaging and practical manner.
• Experience creating high‑quality learning materials across classroom, virtual and digital formats.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative, customer‑focused approach and passion for continuous learning.
• Experience delivering training on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio or other AI technologies.
• Knowledge of AI agents, low‑code platforms and user‑led automation.
• Experience creating e‑learning, video content or microlearning using tools such as Articulate 360 or Canva.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning design principles.
• Relevant learning and development qualification (CIPD, TAP, Microsoft Certified Trainer, PTLLS or equivalent).
• Experience within a professional services environment.
