Dorset Council UK is seeking a Digital Learning Lead to shape the future of technology-enabled education. You will work with curriculum teams, IT and QA to embed Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI across teaching, learning and assessment.

You will design CPD, lead digital standards, develop a network of Digital Champions and evaluate emerging technologies to improve outcomes and reduce workload. Join us to inspire staff, promote accessible digital learning, and report on the impact of initiatives

Formación

• Experience delivering training, coaching or CPD.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and virtual learning environments.
• Up-to-date understanding of EdTech, AI and digital learning practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to inspire confidence and drive adoption across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of digital learning strategy and roadmap.
• Champion best practices in learning tech, Microsoft 365 and AI.
• Design and deliver CPD programmes for staff.
• Support curriculum teams to embed technology into teaching and assessment.
• Establish consistent digital standards across curriculum areas.
• Develop a network of Digital Champions across the college.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot innovative approaches.
• Promote accessible, inclusive and student-centred digital learning.
• Measure and report on the impact of digital initiatives across the college.
