Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a proactive learning professional to join the Digital Capability & Training team. You will design and deliver learning resources that boost digital capability across the Trust, collaborating with project teams and clinical colleagues to support new technologies in patient care.

You will work with evolving training formats including video and web content, and contribute to expanding services with your unique perspective.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering high-quality learning materials for digital systems.
• The ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programmes and products to meet organisational and user needs.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to agreed timescales.
• The ability to create and maintain training documentation.
• The ability to analyse training needs, and use feedback and performance information to improve the learning provision.
• The ability to communicate complex information and guidance to a wide range of staff groups.
• The ability to resolve user queries, identify issues, and apply effective problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
