Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is seeking an experienced Digital Learning Developer for a maternity cover role to craft engaging e-learning for global financial institutions. You will translate SME and AI-drafted content into accessible learning experiences using Storyline, Rise and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Work across instructional design, multimedia, and visual design, collaborating with SMEs, learning consultants, trainers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience turning SME and AI-drafted content into engaging e-learning.
• Proficient with Articulate Storyline or Rise and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiar with LMS, xAPI/SCORM and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Turn SME and AI content into engaging, usable e-learning experiences.
• Collaborate across instructional design, e-learning development, visual design and multimedia teams.
• Produce video, animation and multimedia content for courses.
