Job summary

Education Training Collective's Stockton Riverside College site seeks a Digital Learning Coach to support students and staff by developing digital, employability and study skills through sessions for individuals and groups. Reporting to the Digital Skills Manager, you will promote high‑quality Library and Learning Resource Centre services and champion creative use of digital tools.

The ideal candidate will hold at least a Level 3 Education and Training Award (or work towards it), be well

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 3 Education and Training Award or willingness to work towards this.
• Excellent digital practice and willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions to both one-to-one and groups to develop digital, employability and study skills.
• Champion outstanding Library and Learning Resource Centre services and drive innovation and inclusivity.
• Promote effective and creative use of digital tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning and digital confidence across the organisation.
