Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Digital Learning Advisor to guide technology use in blended learning and collaborate with course designers, media teams and subject matter experts. You will review VLE content, ensure alignment with Defence Systems Approach to Training and JSP 822, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning solutions.

The role is hybrid, based at Lyneham with a 37-hour week Monday to Friday. UK national security clearance may be required for certain positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development or pedagogical practice.
• Technical understanding of digital learning technologies and tools.
• Experience training individuals or groups on new technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the effective use of technology within blended learning design.
• Work closely with course designers, media teams, and subject matter experts.
• Support, review, and quality check virtual learning environment content.
• Ensure learning design aligns with Defence Systems Approach to Training and JSP 822.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in digital learning solutions.
