Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking a Key Account Manager for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract at our London Head Office to manage a portfolio of Wholesale accounts, focusing on Pure Players and driving sales growth.

You will build strong relationships with key retail partners, optimise online presence, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance and forecast stock. The role requires resilience, strategic thinking and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pure Player accounts is advantageous.
• Experience driving online visibility, conversions and sales growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Pure Player accounts delivering retail sales and growth targets.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for commercial and operational matters with key retail partners.
• Optimise online visibility and brand presentation across partner sites.
• Collaborate with partners to execute campaigns and marketing activities.
• Monitor account performance through sales, stock and digital metrics.
• Support trade marketing and commercial calendar planning.
• Ensure product listings and digital assets are accurate and up to date.
• Work with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Head Office to execute plans.
• Forecast stock levels and communicate with partners.
• Prepare and present account performance updates and recommendations.
