Job summary

Ministry of Defence’s Defence Housing Services seeks a Digital Improvement Partner to lead transformative improvements across housing services. You will own design and delivery, using data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and operational value, while advancing digital solutions and supplier collaboration.

You will report to the Head of Customer Experience & Insight, manage a team, and drive pilots, governance, and measurable benefits across a complex, supplier-led environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading continuous improvement in complex operations.
Strong commercial and supplier-management awareness.
Experience with housing technology platforms (e.g., HomeHub).

Responsibilities

Lead the SEO Improvement Support Officer and embed user-centred ways of working.
Drive improvement initiatives from problem to benefits realisation.
Identify opportunities to use digital technology, automation and data to improve housing services.
Collaborate with DHS, suppliers and customers to improve end-to-end outcomes.
Monitor performance and governance measures to demonstrate impact.
