Job summary

HM Land Registry seeks a Programme Director to lead the Core Casework Modernisation, directing digital delivery across a 200+ strong, dispersed team and shaping the strategy, roadmap and benefits realisation for the organisation.

You will build senior stakeholder relationships across government, lenders and industry bodies, oversee budgets and governance, and drive organisational change to modernise land registration services in line with strategic priorities and public value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large, complex, high-value programmes.
• Experience delivering digital transformation at organisational scale.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the programme lifecycle, governance, risks and benefits realisation.
• Lead a dispersed, multidisciplinary team of 200+ colleagues in a high-performing environment.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across government, finance, lenders and industry bodies.
• Drive organisational change and engagement across transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, business cases and value-for-money delivery.
• Contribute to Executive governance and decision making at board level.
