Qualifications

• Background in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• CNIO certification highly desirable.
• Confirmed experience leading digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR, and healthcare IT systems.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance the safe connectivity of clinical systems, ensuring interoperability to optimize workflow.
• Engage with partners and Healthcare Professionals in developing and using digital technology to improve patient experience.
• Drive strategies to improve patient outcomes through digital solutions and process enhancements.
• Support the implementation of connected medical device workflows and identify process improvements.
• Prioritize patient safety by addressing risks in manual workflows and implementing mitigations.
• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to align digital transformation with business objectives.
