Job summary
Baxter is seeking a Pathway Development Specialist to lead digital workstream improvements with a focus on clinical connectivity, patient outcomes, and safe, efficient workflows. The role requires collaboration across commercial and clinical teams and will travel nationally.
The ideal candidate has a background in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems, with experience in leading healthcare digital transformations and strong knowledge of EHR systems.
Qualifications
- Requires background in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- CNIO certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation in healthcare or related industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital workstream improvements focusing on clinical connectivity and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to align digital transformation with business goals.
- Drive implementation of digital solutions and data-driven process improvements.
- Support connected medical device workflows and optimize safety in manual processes.
- Engage with Healthcare Professionals to ensure patient-centric digital initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to advance project adoption.
