Luxe Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive in England, Hertfordshire area. The role blends warm inbound enquiries with proactive outbound activity to win new business and grow revenue.

You will talk with business owners and senior decision-makers, uncover needs and present digital solutions to drive growth. Ideal candidates are confident, goal-oriented and skilled at building long-term client relationships.

Formación

• Proven experience within sales or business development.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and turn conversations into opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Following up and converting inbound leads and enquiries.
• Proactively generating new opportunities through outbound activity.
• Speaking with business owners and decision-makers via phone, video and email.
• Understanding each client's business, goals and challenges.
• Recommending suitable digital solutions based on requirements.
• Managing opportunities through the sales process and closing new business.
