Capital Talent Box is seeking a Digital Facilitator to join a college-based team, starting September 2026. The role is full-time and based on site at the college, with ongoing contracts and a focus on helping learners succeed with digital tools.

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Facilitator to join our college team on a full-time basis, starting in September 2026.

Role Details

  • Contract: Ongoing
  • Hours: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
  • Support students and staff with the effective use of digital technologies and learning platforms.
  • Assist learners in developing their digital skills and confidence.
  • Provide guidance on online resources, software, and digital learning tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT and technology-related issues within learning environments.
  • Promote digital inclusion and engagement across the college.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting users with digital technologies, IT systems, or educational technology.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, digital learning platforms, and online collaboration tools.
  • Previous experience within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
