Job summary

Media Search Inc. in London is seeking a Digital Event Producer to lead the planning, production and delivery of webinars and online events. You will facilitate and moderate sessions, coordinate speakers, and ensure seamless experiences for attendees and sponsors.

This role covers technical delivery, platform management (Zoom), post-event summaries, and opportunities to develop new formats and revenue for digital events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience producing or coordinating webinars, virtual events, or digital content.
• Experience hosting or moderating live digital sessions.
• Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms, particularly Zoom.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience working with sponsors or commercial partners.

Responsibilities

• Event Facilitation & Moderation
• Host and moderate live webinars and virtual summits, ensuring an engaging and professional experience for speakers and audiences.
• Manage all technical aspects of digital event platforms (primarily Zoom).
• Brief and prepare speakers ahead of sessions, manage polls, resources, setup and keeping events on schedule.
• Troubleshoot live issues calmly and efficiently, maintaining a high-quality experience throughout.
• Contribute heavily to the development of our digital event and webinar products.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new formats, features, and monetization models.
• Support the development of sponsorship packages that deliver tangible value to partners and integrate seamlessly into the event experience.
