Job summary

Media Search Inc. is seeking a Digital Event Producer to own the planning, production and delivery of webinars and online events from London. You will host, moderate and optimise sessions, manage the Zoom workflow and work closely with sponsors and speakers to ensure a polished experience.

You will explore new formats, monetisation ideas and collaborate with editorial teams to create post-event content and summaries. The role is hybrid in London with some travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience producing or coordinating webinars, virtual events, or digital content.

Responsibilities

• Host and moderate live webinars and virtual summits, creating an engaging and professional experience for speakers and audiences.
• Manage all technical aspects of digital event platforms (primarily Zoom), ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
• Brief and prepare speakers ahead of sessions, managing polls, resources, set up and keeping events on schedule.
• Troubleshoot live issues calmly and efficiently, maintaining a high-quality experience throughout.
• Contribute heavily to the development of our digital event and webinar products.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new formats, features, and monetization models.
• Support the development of sponsorship packages that deliver tangible value to partners and integrate seamlessly into the event experience.
• Own the end-to-end process of planning, production and delivery of compelling digital event agendas and supporting content.
• Explore and test new digital formats and technologies to keep the events at the forefront of the industry.
• Work with the editorial team to produce post-event summaries, recaps, and promotional content.

My client is a global events business now looking for a talented and motivated Digital Events Producer.

You will be at the heart of their digital events operation, facilitating and moderating webinars and virtual summits to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for attendees and sponsors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Facilitation & Moderation
• Host and moderate live webinars and virtual summits, creating an engaging and professional experience for speakers and audiences.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of experience producing or coordinating webinars, virtual events, or digital content.
• Experience hosting or moderating live digital sessions.
• Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms, particularly Zoom.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with sponsors or commercial partners in a digital events context.
