Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom seeks a senior transformation leader to shape, sell and lead high‑impact Digital Engineering transformations for major UK and global clients. You will work with engineering, product, operations and technology executives to turn strategy into executable change across operating models, processes, data and platforms.

Qualifications

Significant experience in consulting or transformation leadership within engineering‑intensive organisations.
Deep knowledge of product development and engineering operations in relevant sectors.
Experience designing and implementing engineering transformation, including operating models and governance.
Working knowledge of PLM/MBSE and integration with ERP/MES.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and create compelling, outcome‑led business cases.
Originate and shape opportunities; lead discovery, proposals, solution design and estimation.
Lead digital engineering strategies, transformation roadmaps and target operating models.
Direct multidisciplinary teams from mobilisation through implementation and benefits realisation.
Create digital continuity across the product lifecycle, including data and architecture.
